The 10th Annual Amanda Todd Legacy Online Auction will run from October 1–14, 2026. Held each year around the anniversary of Amanda Todd’s passing, the fundraiser also aligns with World Mental Health Day on October 10 and the Light Up Purple campaign. Fourteen years after Amanda’s death, we remain committed to the message of #Caring4Others, encouraging individuals and communities to pause, reflect, and continue fostering empathy, connection, and awareness for one another.
Building on the success of 2024, when the Legacy Auction raised $23,022, the 2025 event exceeded that total by generating $24,850. This continued growth supports the organization's efforts to raise awareness about important issues such as online exploitation, sextortion, cyberbullying, digital safety, and mental wellness.

What happens at the end of the auction?

Through donations and contributions by generous supporters to Amanda’s Legacy, we have been successful in our goals of building awareness, education and conversations around mental health, cyberbullying and internet safety. The legacy endeavours to empower youth and even their parents in order to provide trust and confidence to make a difference in not only their own lives but the lives of others.
This legacy was established as a non-profit society with the mission goal of focusing on awareness and the well-being of young people and families with respect to prevention and awareness related to bullying, cyber abuse and internet safety as well as resources and awareness that encourage mental wellness and healthy living. Through the gracious donations from individuals, organizations and businesses, we are coming together to make THE difference we all want to make. The variety of items to bid on is plentiful.
