UPDATE: On August 6th, 2022, Aydin Coban was found GUILTY on all five charges and convicted of

• extortion
• importing and distributing child pornography
• possession of child pornography
• communicating with the intent to lure a child
• criminal harassment.

​UPDATE 2018 October:  The Appeal trial of Aydin Coban will begin in the Netherlands on November 5, 2018.

On Monday, November 5, 2018, the Amsterdam Court of Appeal starts with the handling of the criminal case Disclosure. The suspect Aydin C. is in this case.
Convicted - The court Amsterdam sentenced him on 16 March 2017 to 10 years and 243 days imprisonment for, among other things, possession and distribution of child pornography, (attempted) sexual assault and / or seduction, computer trespassing and fraud. Both the suspect and the PPS appealed. The suspect is assisted by Mr. R. Malewicz.
